11 Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?

1 ^aWine is a mocker, ^bstrong drink a brawler,
and whoever ^cis led astray by it is not wise. ^{▼▼Or will not become wise}

12 ^eThe hearing ear and the seeing eye,
^fthe Lord has made them both.
